Our first performance ever, May 20, 1989, before we even were called Sky Blues. It was an outdoor event called "Kidswalk" where people walked around the high school track to raise money for charity. We played all covers, without a sound system, to a group of elementary school kids; not a great gig, but we owe it a huge debt since it's what got us together.

Then we got ambitious and released a tape of our original music. Each one was dubbed individually, with a Xeroxed insert. Eventually we couldn't keep up with the demand, and had a real run professionally done. This was the flyer put up in the high school halls.

Summer 1993, our benefit to save The Village Gate, a live music landmark in NYC that was closing. We didn't save it, but we did our best, and were the last band to play the room. A local printer donated their services and made these program booklets.
